The start was really positive, quick delivery, well packaged and the item although not the best quality, was overpriced for what it was was ok......... but after washing as per washing instructions the item was awful, mirrored detailing went very dull on all but one row of the skirt, the top all the stitching came apart. I sent photos to the company, they just came back with we don't have any left to replace the item, and they left it at that, I rang them and was told again none in stock so I said so are you going to refund, you need to send it back, I said no problem and sent it back, had an email saying I couldn't have washed it at that temperature, I assured them I did, they haven't had the decency to reply to me, £75.00 was a lot of money to wear something once, it's shocking customer service and treatment, they had no intention of refunding me, never buy off this company what an awful experience, should never be trading!

update today I recieved the damaged outfit back, no note, no contact, continued shoddy customer service xxx
