Having purchased a pair of slippers for my wife for Christmas we returned them for a larger size. Without any correspondence the same slippers have been returned back with a curt message 'rubber sole is marked and the fur on the sole has toes marks where the fur has been matted down, they have not been returned in the condition they were sent out in so unable to offer exchange or refund'. As my wife literally took them out of the packaging, tried them on and walked around the room before deciding they were too small, i cant see where the 'damage' has come from.I can only guess we didn't notice the 'damage' when they arrived. Very disappointed. Won't be using this company again. The message for other here is don't try them on because if they don't fit, you wont be able to exchange them.
(More than happy for you to share the photos for the 4 days we had the slippers before return)
