First of all the good points;
Easy or order, lots of choice and extremely fast delivery.

Bad points;
There seems to be no after sales care. Nobody answers the phone, the password reset link doesn't work. You have to return items at your own expense, which you can only do if you can log into your account to complete the process. The dress was pretty, but it didn't fit and now it seems like I am unable to return it
