"Disappointed…"

My stay ended yesterday At Tamassa Bel Ombre at room 1028 and I was mostly disappointed. The car transfer from the airport was excellent, but after a whole night of traveling by plane it was exhausting to wait until 1:30 PM when the accommodation was made. The room with a dirty curtain at the entrance, old furniture and a bed that was not fixed, moved leaving a distance between the wall and the bed, had to be pushed all the time. The cleaning was done superficially daily, the sinks, the shower door, the garbage was taken out and mopped superficially, sometimes just with a used bath towel that they replaced when they could, the next day or if I asked them to. The food was tasty, Asian food, African type, the tourists being mostly from the African continent. The problem in the restaurant was the invasion of ants that were crawling everywhere on the tables on the plates, on the dessert platters. Dear tourists who leave excellent reviews, are you blind, didn't you see the thousands of ants that were climbing everywhere, on the glasses and in the coffee cups in them? Luckily we had insects spray and we sprayed it liberally on the sheets and on our bodies so that we would be safe at the table. I'm sorry I didn't take a video or photo. The control bodies don't check this?.. go and check if you don't believe me. The resort's policy was to sell drinks when the food was already paid for, and then all the young, inexperienced waiters would arrive at the tables and insist on buying something to drink, their insistence made me feel uncomfortable, and after 2 minutes they would come to pay. There were no activities, a few young men and women came in a few evenings and showed us a traditional African dance, a band that sang a few songs and a voiceless performer. Two small shops where you couldn't buy anything between meals, in one only clothes at very high prices. There were no organized excursions in the surroundings, you could only rent a car from the resort and you could visit on your own what you wanted on the island if you took leaflets from the reception. What could be done, just sunbathe at the ocean, the two existing pools were full of with tourists dressed from head to toe due to religion, but which did not give me the certainty that the clothes were clean or that the water was clean. You could spend a few hours getting a massage at spa, it is clean and good but the prices quite high. So consequently, many deficiencies in this resort, I did not read anything in the reviews(all are excelent) what I found myself and that is why I bought a ticket. I would never go back.
