We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Windsor on Monday. Michael was a great driver, pleasant and polite and the coach was clean and comfortable. Best looking coach in the car park :)

I have been on a holiday to Studley Castle and the Guidline coach driven by Tyreese was in attendance for the whole holiday.Tyreese proved an excellent driver and host and showed great skill on both fronts. He is an asset to the company and if in the future I am on a Guidline coach I will be delighted if Tyreese is the driver

I have used this company 3 times to take a group of senior ladies to the coast.Each time Guideline has been reliable and punctual.The coaches are comfortable with A/C and toilet facilities and the drivers have been accommodating and personable.I would highly recommend this family run business.

I booked a 55 seater from Guidelines coaches for a weekend trip from London to Manchester, from my initial contact with the ladies Crystal and Debbie it was great service,
The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, with reclining seats for extra comfort, and effective air conditioning.
The driver, Tyreece, now, I couldn't have ask for a better driver if I tried, very professional, friendly, disciplined and organised.
Timings was on point, he made a great impression on all of the passengers which were mainly middle age to seniors - very difficult these days to be impressed by the young ones.
I will recommend this company to anyone and I am giving 5 stars to the company and 10 stars to the driver.
