I signed up in July 2019 for 3 years and have paid direct debit every month since. I tried to cancel during the pandemic and was told it would cost £2500 and it would be better to carry on with the contract until it runs out which I have. But recently RMS have been phoning me saying I have stopped my direct debit so I checked with my bank and it was RMS who cancelled it as the bank states it is still active, and the lady said I have a cancellation invoice for over a £1000 she was really unprofessional and threatening. But apparently when your contract nears the end this is what they do it has really given me a lot of stress

"Great staff, terrible as a card service"

Tina and all the service staff were excellent, unfortunately the RMS service provision was terrible for our business, we had continuous card machine failures and they repeatedly send old used machines as replacements. This Trustpilot rating system can be taken to unfairly represent the individual staff who were very helpful.
