Kennelijk is deze zaak failliet?

"Complete Silence from their Customer Service over a Defect"
I received a Briefcase All Leather that was entirely missing 2 interior pockets, one zippered and one not. The 2 interior pockets that my briefcase is missing is shown both in photographs on their website listing and described in their Specifications section for the briefcase. I contacted them on the day of delivery by email and chat, and then again the next day by chat... and then -again- by email and chat three days later. I've been met with complete silence. Meanwhile, I've observed them disable my store account (Invalid login credentials / No account found with that email), raise the price by USD $80 on their website, add a new chat support representative to my chat on their website (still no reply), and update their Instagram.
I began my attempts to reach out to them feeling disappointed and now I'm just a very angry customer. I'm not new to their products, either; I purchased from them back in 2011 and it was a normal transaction for a fantastic briefcase that I've used almost daily since. I was just trying to add another of their briefcases to my collection and... well, here I am.
What's the point of having a FAQ page with a Return Policy and a Product Warranty ("It is up to you to check the products upon delivery and to notify us within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your rights.") if you aren't going to reply to the customer who reaches out?
In short: Absolutely horrible customer service and does not stand by products.

I am proud owner of the All Leather Briefcase. I really like the design and the bag only gets better with age. Also the quality is good, I've never had any problems with water coming in during rainy days.
