Documentation was easy and relevant, repair booked with repairer of my choice and that was it, easy, clean but above all, insurer did not try to shift blame, find point of policy to decline claim and communication was easy and courteous. Highly recommended and value for money. To be fair, the true value of an insurance policy is at time of claim and this experience showed true value.
