"Bunch of imcompetent wannabes"

I had the misfortune of ordering from this so-called "mobile skin" company, and let me tell you, it’s an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. If you're looking for professionalism, customer care, or even basic service, stay far, FAR away from these amateurs.

First off, delivery is non-existent. It’s like they took my money and then threw my order into a black hole. Weeks went by without any update. I contacted customer service (if you can call it that), and what did I get? Crickets. No replies to emails, no tracking number, no resolution. You’d think at some point someone from their so-called “team” would respond, but it seems like they’re too busy playing around instead of doing actual work.

When I did finally get through to them, the level of incompetence was astonishing. It’s like these kids are trying to run a business without the faintest clue of how to treat customers. The entire operation feels like a high school group project gone terribly wrong. No professionalism, no urgency, and no accountability. Just vague excuses and empty promises.

It’s clear that these people are in over their heads. They pretend to operate like a legitimate business, but their actions scream scam. If you’re lucky enough to even get a response, expect it to be dismissive, unhelpful, or just plain nonsense. Honestly, dealing with them was more frustrating than waiting in line at the DMV.

At this point, I can’t say for sure whether they’re just a bunch of incompetent wannabes or intentional scammers, but it doesn’t matter. The end result is the same: You won’t get what you ordered, and you’ll be left banging your head against a wall trying to get a refund.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague. There are plenty of reliable alternatives out there—this isn't one of them.

I paid the amount and they still not giving my money back... As per their policy If the shipment is not shipped within 8 days they give refund... I guess that's a lie ... Horrible company cannot even properly deliver a product. Scammer
