Delivery arrived as expected. Goods were well protected - and in perfect working order. Item was a Rode PodMic - which looks great and performs just as well. So, why no 5 stars then? The Royal Mail 48 hour delivery charge, which is sprung on you at the last minute, was way too high especially for such a small package. NOT GOOD GUYS!

I paid for Sunday delivery which showed up the Friday before, when I was at work!

The speaker sent out was faulty and sounded muffled.
Customer service have made this very difficult to fix, even months on they don't reply to customer service emails, and are refusing an exchange or refund.
Real shame as I have a business which would spend thousands with them over time but they are unwilling to help me with something they sent out already faulty.
EDIT: I got in touch with support when I first purchased this, they asked me to check some things and get back to them. I rang again and explained it was still not working. They said to go away and record a video of it not working. I had to wait a bit to have a musician come in with gear to video it as proof. They said it was too late for a return now. Very annoying and very poor.
