They gave me a quote, I decided to go ahead with it on the Friday, my van was delivered as agreed the following Tuesday. Delighted with the vehicle (LWB TRANSIT) I live over 500 miles away from the office so Tom agreed to split delivery cost with me which was more than fair and much appreciated. From the initial calls to post delivery of the van their communication was fantastic. The guys answered all of my questions and offered their advice all the way through. Excellent service from start to finish. I was surprised to find no showroom when I arrived so I drove straight past. Tom Wilson came out to meet me and explained how they were mainly on-line sales but sold trade-ins on Auto Trader. After a test drive all of the formalities were dealt with in a professional manner and I came away a happy man. They had agreed on a couple of things that I wanted and, after completing these and a service, delivered the van 50 miles to my doorstep at no extra cost. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and the paperwork was all correct, there was even a quarter of a tank of diesel. Tom followed up to see how everything was a week later. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a van, new or used.
