"Poor measurements and zero willingness to help"

Poor measurements and zero willingness to swap a brand new item for one of the same design in a different size. I offered to pay all shipping and they refused to help.

Don't assume sizing. Make sure you confirm with them before ordering. They will not help after the fact.

"CHEAP BOOTLEGS! They're stealing designs!"

This company steals designs from others and prints them on horrible shirts. They are selling knockoff/bootleg shirts of my band and tons of others without official permission. This company is criminal and it's being investigated.

My order says it has been delivered on their website, but when checed on DHL it states it’s an invalid tracking number… so clearly it fake tracking number. There is little to no customer service.

Scam website all their designs are stolen. It's actually criminal.

Over 6 months later, still never received my shirt. Not only was it not delivered to the right address, somehow it ended up at the post office instead and someone else picked it up. I never got my shirt and they said that they won't send another unless I file a police report, obviously the cops won't waste their time on that. I still never got my shirt and I'm so beyond disgusted with the way ive been treated by this company.

"Cancelation policy is very contradicting"

The policy says they cannot cancel orders once they've reached production. Their site has updates you can look at to see the progress, and mine was not in production yet. I tried contacting them all day thru email and phone. They finally got back to me the next day and said it was too late and the policy "clearly states cancelation requests have to be made within 12 hours and we cannot refund your money." Actually, it says "typically our vendors start production within 12 hours." Not that cancelation requests have to be made within 12 hours. It just says they cannot be made once your order is in production, and their own site said it was not in production the entire day I was trying to contact them. Their site says once it reaches production, they told me within 12 hours of purchase, and in a reply to someone's review on here, they said within 24 hours. Which is it??? Thankfully PayPal covered my refund for me since the thieves at krissgloss would not

I purchased a T shirt based on their sizing chart, the shirt arrived and was too small. They refused to exchange it for a larger size and said it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. Will never do business with this company again.
