My son was shy at first but now he is gaining confidence and he loves it. A lovely sport that teaches disciplines, lovely members of staff.

My daughter and I joined this club in Sep 2021. We really enjoy the classes and sensei patiently works with us to help attain perfection. My daughter's confidence has grown over time and she is passionate to keep learning from sensei and others in her class. Sensei challenges and pushes each one of us in the adults class to also reach our full potential. Lessons are three times a week and we try our best to attend all of them as this is great form of exercise which also helps our mental health after a stressful day whilst also learning a skill to defend oneself. Thank you to sensei and others in the class who are helping us develop and perfect our skills.

Great classes, my eleven year old son has been attending for the last year and he has made some good friends and gets on well with the teachers. Communication from the club is good with regular updates sent via Whatsapp. There have been a couple of changes of venues since we have been there which has sometimes been inconvenient but nothing too burdensome. I would have expected at least two more gradings for my son at the time he's been at the club but I think this has now fallen into place with there being another grading next month. Overall, nice club, nice staff and nice students.

"A karate club like no other"

It all started when i was looking for a karate club for my son to teach him self discipline and also as a way of exercise and not just on his gadgets. My son started in June 2021 and i remember watching him the first time and i asked him if he likes it which he did. I was intrigued with my son's interest with the martial art and i have also enrolled. I have no regrets of being in this academy either as my son. We are attending every session as we are learning a lot from Sensei Sham Akhtar and i would say that he is a great instructor not just to my son but also to me personally. He is very approachable and also knowlegeable about the art of karate.

He is the worse and rude trainer. Has no manners to talk to the parents. He was very disrespectful towards me and didnt allow me to raise any concern.
Also kids are not safe in his hands. He pushed my kids out of the class infront of everyone. He pushed them and said go away.
Very bad and rude attitude.

Our son really enjoys attending these classes and we have seen the benefits of them too. He is more disciplined and eager to do his best in other areas. A very welcoming staff.

As a long time student, I can proudly say that this is an amazing place to learn karate and develop even more skills then you came for, you can build a sense of confidence and discipline. People treat each other with respect and treat each other equally. I highly recommend attending this JKA academy. It would benefit you in more ways than you can believe.

Since my son start Karate he became more confident in him and in what he does. I like the way the teacher speak with kids and explaining to them all the movements. I also like that at Karate Classes kids learning about self discipline, confidence and self defence)))
