Bay Chic were extremely extremely helpful. They sent me various material and colour samples all the way to the UK and they were very patient with me as I was fussy with the colours. They had a very quick turn around for me and I couldn’t be happier with my outfit. They also sent me video updates of my outfit.

"Bay Chic: An IG Fail"

A lot of fake reviews here from the language. I ordered 3 outfits based on the reviews. All 3 were a fail. Incorrect fabrics/colors, 4-5 month delays, & outfits that looked cheaper than their pics. The WhatsApp team failed to understand with issues every other week. One outfit was salvaged by a local Indian tailor, but it cost me $200 more to fix. Do not recommend this IG company. They take ur orders, then hire karigaars after. Quality of work wasn't even super great. Save you $$$ or ask for a refund!!!!

I have today received two outfits produced by Baychic, 100% to my specification. I sent them photographs and discussed few changes and they accommodated this very well and gave further suggestions and advice. They were produced to my exact measurement which I was very pleased with as no alterations were required. My daughter and I absolutely love them and highly recommend their work. They keep you in the loop through the whole journey of the making from pattern to the finished item on the manaquine, Thankyou so much to the Baychic team, you did a grand job 😊

Due to Covid, I couldn’t go to India to do my wedding shopping. I'm very happy that I choose the bay chic Team for my Wedding Lehengha. They designed my Lehenga as I wanted. Everything was perfect (Fabric, stiching, the work...). Absolut amazing. They created my wedding Lehenga within 2 Months with shipping to Germany!

The lehenga was absolutely spectacular. The ordering process was easy and the measurements are true to size. Very detail working and a replica of the outfit online. We got a bit anxious with timeline but was definitely worth it. Took approximately 6 days to arrive to the Caribbean. Very thankful for the patience of the customer service and all the very hardworking individuals.

Thank you for making such beautiful outfits. Made the best decision by choosing Bay Chic for my special day. Everybody just loved the lehangas. Work was done so beautifully. I am really thankful to all the workers because i know how much of hard work and time it took. During the process we got a bit impatient and anxious due to timeline but it was worth waiting for.
