This has been the worst travel insurance I have used. I chose the more expensive package and even though I have documentation from my doctor, urgent care, and a certified nurse practitioner they denied my claim without even talking with me.

I would have rated you higher but your updated website has/had serious glitches which made it impossible to purchase the trip insurance on my iPhone as I had done in the past. My sister had to use her computer to make the purchase.

I have requested the policy number twice now so that I may have it if needed and so that I may set up my membership. While I received an email on November 5 which I responded too. I have still not received the info that I need in case of an emergency. Update! I have now received the policy and policy number (November 6)
