We were thrilled with the support we had from Alex across our reno, dealing with a difficult space and the last minute addition of a laundry space without batting an eyelid.

Alex was accessible at very short notice any time we needed him. The whole process was a breeze and doing it this way allowed us to achieve a finish with real wood veneer and real marble at the cost of a big standard laminex-type kitchen. Highly highly recommended.

Our experience with Alex was nothing but excellent. I was initially hesitant to work with a third party designer, preferring to design it myself, but I would strongly recommend anyone else to work with Alex rather than go it alone or just with the IKEA staff designers. He picked up on problems with my deign that I would never have found until it was too late. He was extremely easy to work with and his knowledge of the IKEA range and specifics of designing an IKEA kitchen was unparalleled, much greater than the IKEA kitchen designers. His designs were high quality, including detailed notes for our installers and the store. He was always very quick and thorough in responding to our follow up questions. We love our new kitchen and could not have done it without Alex. I cannot recommend him enough.

We were completely new to the thought of the ikea hack system for achieving beautiful custom joinery on a budget. Alex came highly recommended by the door manufacturers. Alex fitted us in for a consult promptly and he came with enthusiastic energy and passion. He has years of specialist experience and knows exactly how to hack the tricky details. We received our designs within a couple of days and Alex was extremely patient and responsive with all our queries and eager to welcome a tricky challenge.
We have now have stunning robes, miles of storage and smiles on our faces!

Thank you Alex for helping us so much with our kitchen design. We had a basic plan in place but Alex was so helpful with tweaking it and putting on the finishing touches. He has an awesome in-depth knowledge of ikea cabinets etc. and what can be done. I also loved how he was very honest about what would/wouldn't look good. We installed it ourselves and chose our own non ikea sink and tap and it looks awesome - the benchtop installers kept commenting how it looked like a professionally designed and installed kitchen!
