"Waste of Money"

This whole process was a joke and I wish I hadn’t started working with them. The logo is fine, but I ultimately gave up on trying to communicate exactly what I wanted. The worst part of the experience was the fact that no one mentioned a copyright and trademark fee on top of the cost of the logo. So I pay the $149 for the logo thinking that’s it and then they tell me they can’t send the final product until I pay another $350. So I agree because at this point I’ve already lost money. Then I get a fake looking “certificate” of copy right that literally has typos. Save yourself the money and aggravation.
