Bad RMA department return system. They are looking for an excuse not to return a part that they themselves sent incorrectly (the website shows that the part fits, but in fact it does not fit the connectors). Keep the mailing label, because if you throw it away there is no way to return the item. They pretend they can't return it without the number on the mailing label. Even if there is an order number, date, original packaging, they still can't.

From what I can tell and asking them, they do not have any parts in stock!! And they definitely put things for sale that they do not even know if they are available. It is such a hassle that they want you to place an order and just wait to see if you are going to get them. The chat in no good at all they do not have a clue so they tell you to ask someone else on their site and they dont know what they are doing also. their "part expert" is s JOKE! ask them questions they do not answer. RUN AWAY>>>>>>>>>!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service and false advertising on shipping times. A product that is supposed to arrive in 3-4 days has a time frame for over a month. Ridiculous. Avoid at all cost

Purchased process was excellent, however to write the review right the after placing the order it seems like rating your service before knowing or experiencing your performance, it will be more correctly when customers have the parts on hand.
