The Boiler Guide service was extremely useful when we were left without heat after our usual engineer was unable to repair our 24 year old boiler and does not install new boilers. Where to turn? Boiler Guide did exactly as they promised and within the hour we had 2 companies in contact - Pearcroft Plumbing and Walsh Plumbing. We must thank Pearcroft for their wonderful service. By 5pm the same afternoon, Paul had visited the property, then telephoned through a quote and the next day they came to install the new boiler. End of the day we had a fully functioning boiler.
However, I would suggest that Boiler Guide do not use the 3rd company (Domestic & Commercial Heating) as 3 days later we have still not heard anything from them!
