Made appointment for my husband to have ear wax removal, following a bad ear infection, which audiologist Connor confirmed still not looking good, he will follow up with doctor for further treatment. Very professional caring and explained everything so much better than own doctor. Yes you pay, but get a great service and don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Definitely recommend based on today's experience.

Had ear wax removal done by micro suction.it was performed by a chap called Conor.he explained everything thoroughly before he started procedure.it was a painless experience ,having suffered with wax in ears all my life this was the best experience ever I have had in removing ear wax.i will use Durham hearing in the future .

"What a great Total experience..."

What a great experience from start to finish. I was recommended to go here by a friend, I had wax in my ears. The NHS referral for wax removal was 3 months away. They arranged an appointment within a week. On examination, I had some inflammation and dead skin, not wax at all. They left it another couple of weeks to ensure it was healed and then cleaned all around my eardrum and canal. Still slightly inflamed, suggested I get some EarCalm to settle it down. Didn't say I had to come back or do anything else. I felt well cared for and will go back in 6 months anyway, just to check all is well. I would highly recommended them in every way if you need any hearing carr. I'm sure the NHS would not have dealt with the problem and just cleaned out my ears. Great prompt, polite, professional service.

Conor was great and carried out the hearing test, quickly sending on the results to myself and the ENT Surgeon. Would not hesitate to reccomend or use again.

Excellent service. I travelled a far distance to see Conor and the team and they looked after me really well even though i was really nervous about the procedure. After a bad past experience with micro suction conor and the team were really gentle and took time talking me through each stage of the procedure. These are guys are the best!
