1st time buying a bike online, i went for the whyte 629 hardtail, the guys gave me a ring to inform me that they were building the bike up and answered any questions i had, very speedy delivery service to northern ireland was delivered exactly on time, bike was very well packaged,foam packaging all around the frame and forks, the bike look absolutely awesome, had 1 very minor adjustment to make to the gearing(derailleur adjustment screw to smooth out the gear change), very happy customer overall, would definitely recommend this shop, and would use them again.

Buying online is a worrying time and when you spend a decent amount of money you are worried . But rest assure i was so pleased with the purchase from the moment i spoke with Ben he settled my thoughts . Sent me photos etc as it had a couple of little marks on the frame . So they really do inspect the bike , to be honest i don't think i would have spotted them . The bike arrived on time , well boxed he explained it needs the wheel , handlebars etc fitted . Half an hour and all done . One very happy customers so hope this helps someone when buying online .
