"I placed an order with them"

I placed an order with them, then the next day an additional order came through, that I did not place. Sensing something sketchy, I did not pay for my order. According to their agreement, the order would just be automatically cancelled if I did not pay in the correct time frame. Then, I get notice that I owe a $35 cancellation fee for each order. I actually paid the $35 cancellation fee for the order I placed. Now, they are saying they never agreed to that (I have the email where they did). Now, they want me to pay $1272.95 to cancel! Stay far away from this company!! Total fraudulence!

Smooth with SD Bullion. Delivery person put package on porch and rang doorbell, and was back in his truck before I could answer the door. A little concerning since I thought signature was required, but I understand because of Covid, no deliveries are requiring signatures.

There was a delay in getting my order out, but when I called customer service was fantastic! They were actually able to tell me exactly where my order was in the process. I received my order a few days later as expected. I placed a followup order within a couple of days of delivery of the first one.
