This is the first time i used their handyman and was really happy with the job he did. Excellent communication from start to finish the job. I would definitely use them again.

Very good experience with Fixxa! I am abroad and trusted them to conduct works ranging from painting, general fixes around the apartment and plumbing. Everything was done in a timely fashion, updates via phone and email were regular and the pricing was fair. An excellent service! After discovering a leak in my sink at 8am I was able to book a plumber online, had someone call me to discuss specifics and timings within the hour and the plumber arrived 2 hours later to fix it! I felt calm and supported throughout this - which often isn't the case when things start breaking! Highly recommended.

I have used FIXXA a few times over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed.
Their tracking system is very helpful, and I love the fact that you can choose the exact day and time for the Contractor to come. This works brilliantly for a Landlord who's not based at a property where the work is to take place.
I also love the fact that you receive "before and after" photos and a Track Report at the end of the job. It's especially helpful when needing to forward these details to the Tenant.
The staff at the Office are very responsive too when there's a query to discuss - it's not just purely an online application where there's no one to talk to if needed.
Highly recommend.

Chloe at Fixxa went above and beyond to help me out at short notice with a handyman. It felt like having a concierge service to match the right tradesman for the job, and then oversee the whole thing. Dimitris arrived, put up the pictures exactly as I asked, cleaned up and left. I then received a report and a follow up call from Chloe to check I was happy. I will definitely be using these guys again!

First job Fixxa have done for me. Really good experience especially how they advised about the timing of the job which was excellent. No waiting in and people not arriving just great. The tradesman did an excellent job and was very helpful. The job was well priced and I did not have to negotiate with the tradesman . Very easy and simple to use will definitely use again
