Im Airport Prishtina sagte man mir, dass ich unbegrenzt für EUR 29.- den Internetdienst nutzen kann. Am nächsteb Tag habe ich meinen Mac via Hotspot verbunden und 3 Serien a 50 Minuten auf Netflix angeschaut. Am 3 Tag wurde die Geschwindigkeit so sehr reduziert, dass ich nicht einmal Google-Maps auf meinem Händy verwenden konnte. Als ich den Kundendienst kontaktierte, sagte man mir, ich solle die FAQ‘s lesen, dort steht es drinnen. Mich hat aber die Verkäuferin nicht darauf hingewiesen, sonst hätte ich diesen Dienst nicht in Anspruch genommen.
