Pretty poor customer service. Not refunding a return to the original method of payment is a terrible policy and one of the 2 reasons why I will never shop at Bohme again, nor recommend it to my friends (in fact, I told them to avoid it). The other major reason was that, when I got a notification that USPS tried to return my item but Bohme's physical location was closed, I couldn't reach anyone at Bohme for the better part of 2 weeks to try to sort it out. Never had this sort of problem with other online boutiques, no matter how big or small they are, so I will never shop at Bohme again. Not to mention the sizing of the 3 items I bought were WAY off, although I bought the same size in each - because they offer merchandise from different brands. Just a poor experience all around.
