The Clinic is Beautiful and immaculate . Sarah was really friendly and Professional. I had two sessions of Cryotherapy to remove three age spots on my leg which really bothered me . The treatment was quick , pain free and really effective. I am pleased with the results which are improving every day .I would highly recommend Sarah .

I’m currently undergoing a course of laser hair removal (bikini & underarm) with Sarah at Luminate, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From my first consultation she’s made me feel comfortable and at ease with her professional yet super friendly, honest and down to earth manner. So far I’m extremely happy with the results of the laser hair removal, and have recently booked to have my legs lasered too. I'd previously had "laser hair removal" at another clinic that did absolutely nothing so I was sceptical about booking anywhere else again. My hair growth was making me really self conscious so I knew I had to do something so I had a browse and came across Sarah at Luminate. The initial consultation decided what strength we'd use and how many sessions I needed and oh my goodness did I notice the difference after the first session! I couldn't believe it! From just the one session my hair growth lessened overnight and I didn't have to get rid of it anywhere near as much as before. I've now had 4 sessions with Sarah and she's always so friendly, chatty and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the whole session. Even to the point where she will apologise if I flinch haha!
