"Getting my expenses done on the fly"

Rydoo is taking the dread out of submitting my expenses. Charges are pulled from my credit card, relevant fields are prefilled, and I can add the missing pieces easily on the go (e.g., taking a photo of my receipt and attaching it). I also always have a status overview right at my hand. Thanks for making everything easy!

"Flexible and user-friendly tool"

My company is working with Rydoo since 2020 and we are extremely satisfied with the tool as well as support functions. The implementations went smoothly and interfaces were built without any interruption. The tool itself is user-friendly and flexible to suit our company as well as country requirements. We didn't have any major issues that interrupts business and the minor issues are resolved in a short timeframe. Moreover, Rydoo provides a status page where we can check if there is any downtime on real-time basis. Overall, project team as well as the end-users are quite satisfied with the tool.

"Buggy product and poor customer support"

There are many things that could be improved in the Rydoo product. For once, its functionalities are often unintuitive and buggy, like the filters in some dashboard views. Although I wasn't particularly happy about the product, I was satisfied with their customer support which was usually very responsive, but in the last four months we have contacted them multiple times and never got a an answer. It is disconcerting, also considered that the product is quite expensive.

"No support"

We have been using Rydoo for 5 years with no issue. Q recent glitch occurred, which prevents me from accessing my account. There is apparently only 1 support person in the entire organization, named Reyn, who insists that he will neither escalate the issue or provide telephone service. He also refuses to accept a Teams meeting so I can show him the issue live. It is now 3 weeks, and I believe I have heard a number of different excuses, but there is no willingness at all to provide a resolution. We will siéply switch to another provider. My advice is to stay away. We have missed an important reporting deadline due to this complete lack of accountability.

"No one to contact,no service,very bad system."

Very bad,no customer service,no phone call,double transactions,customer relationship manager has no clue about the system and takes ages to provide answer during implementation and forget about any response after going live.Think twice if you wish to cooperate with them,they will sell you gold and you will get coal and so many problems you will regret the time and money you invested in this tool.

"Slow website - Xero functionality broke for many weeks, missed VAT return deadline as a result"

Rydoo - Slow website when reviewing and editing expense fields - Xero functionality broke for many weeks, missed VAT return deadline as a result. Was refused even a partial refund on cancelling my subscription even though the Xero functionality was not working. My accountant moved me to Dext and I submitted and reconciled all my expenses in a fraction of the time.

"Great tool for submitting expenses"

Great tool for corporate expense management. They have a great app, where you can just snap a picture of the receipt and it reads out the information on it in seconds. It saves a lot of time for people who are travelling a lot and don't want to spend a lot of time doing expense reports.
As a manager, it's extremely easy to get an overview of my team's spending and approve their expenses - as our policy is captured in the tool, I almost never need to reject their expenses as everyone clearly understands what can be claimed.
It's also very convenient for our accounting department, because now they can approve my expenses in real-time and and I get reimbursed a lot faster.
Very helpful and responsive Customer Success team.
Overall, I highly recommend Rydoo to businesses looking for a straight forward expense solution.
