This was my first time pre-ordering figures and everything went smoothly. Sure, each figure came later than was expected, but that's just how it be sometimes.
Figures are nice quality, detailed well, and the colloring just hits the spot. I contacted their support services once to ask when the figures will be comming and they replied pretty quickly. All in all very pleased with Otakusquare.

The figurine came relatively quick for shipping from overseas and was in excellent condition. No complaints from me, since one month from order to delivery is actually pretty quick for the figurine industry. Just be aware that if you order from Otaku Store it will take a week or two for the order to ship because of the way they're currently set up.
