Hello everyone I also read what people post about some things and to be very honest I am very happy with acacia energy. I always have power no outages when ever I need something the customer service is outstanding and always trying to make sure I have all the info I need I received a notice to to terminate service for late payment I knew I had paid my bill but the gentleman was very nice and respectful his name is Ambrosio he explained everything and on the letter it read please disregard if payment has been made. But all I read was termination of service. I have been a satisfied customer of Acadia for several years and I could have switched several times but I like the way I am treated and the kindness they always show me. Thank You Acacia Energy count me as a proud customer.

However Thanks to Karina, I realized there are still some great people ready to do a great job. the times I used most usage was when I was never home. My neighbor was also a customer. we was spending up to 60 dollars a week it is less expensive using a regular paid service. my personal experience prepaid is a hustle.
