Good responses from the employees.
However, the online purchase form (should have an example to advise what to expect and prepare) and the process of purchasing a company needs to be reviewed !
(e.g. incomplete purchase will ask for payment AGAIN; After successfully bought and registered in Company House, the online record still showed "incomplete order"!)

"Slow process"

We've used Blue Sky many times but this time we are disappointed. We were told it would be 1 - 3 days to register. Chased and was told it was beyond Blue Skys control as it totally down to Companies House. Then, 5 days later we were asked a further question about ownership. We eventually got the company registered a full week later.
