This agency is good.

They have nice staff, models, photographers and makeup artists that come in for shoots however I feel as though they favour some models over others. when I modelled for them a couple years back I only got 1 paid job and the rest were test shoots. although they can't control who gets the job from a specific company, they could put your forward for more jobs to allow equal opportunities for both in demand models and new models.
