I was happy with being taking around to see apartment but once I was in it I was disappointed because all the problems and I had to clean the oven out they spray it but never cleaned it I hope things get better

I've rented with Pangea in the past which is why I came back currently and have had no problems with the rental company. I just wish they had more apartments in better areas of Chicago. The application process is quick and smooth. Apartments themselves are nice and up to date. Them being pet friendly is a plus as well. They also don't charge outrageous security deposits like most other places, and due to them being a real estate company with an actual call center, you can always expect to talk to someone during business hours. Overall good experience.

Everything went well from beginning to end. Quick and smooth process. Staff made me feel at home. No comments on level of maintenance yet!!

The manager is terrible at her job. I worked into the office for more than a month for them to attend to me, and even after all the information was wrong and I had to start all the process again cos they made a mistake and this same manager can't apologies but she was being rude and almost walked me out of the office. I cant wait for the lease to be over cos I'm moving out

Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Me gusta los árboles, me hace sentir que no estoy dentro de una ciudad. La atención de las personas que atienden la oficina es muy respetuosa y en todo momento han sido de gran apoyo, desde el primer momento que llegué a solicitar información, hasta el día de hoy, cuando ya me encuentro viviendo en el apartamento que elegí.
