Neighborhood is amazing but some light work was needed to be done, Noticed it during the walk through. Moved in and still is not done. Requested maintenance still nothing so they get 3 stars.

The experience was a little complicated in the beginning because I was looking for the perfect apartment with this company, I had so many options. Overall it was a great experience because I can say I finally did it with Pangea help.

"Leasing management"

Leasing management, ParkWest specifically is horrible. Unreasonable fees out of the blue. Second day of staying there my car was towed, due to no leasing agent telling me where to park. Horrible, wish I can break my LEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
