I love the ease of dealing with Pangea. I really have no complaints my only concern is when I call the 800 number to get information it differs from what I'm told sometimes when I go to the actual office. Otherwise I love everything about their service an I will continue wit them until I'm ready to purchase a home.

I went through a little rough patch getting approved for something "nice", but finally I found them. pangea park townhomes. I move in soon and im excited, the only thing so far is the water bill. other than that Im pleased. the floors were waxed to perfection!

I live in Pangea Prairie been here going on three years and its the most unorganized establishment ive ever seen. My car has been stolen, they just tolled my car for parking in residential due to no sticker. It cost me 145.00 to get my car out and was informed by office staff that i would have to pay 25.00 a month for a new sticker how crazy is that plus they went up on the rent. The new manager is very rude and very unprofessional no people skills what so ever. The staff changes like clock work so with that being said its been very unpleasant living here. Thomas Robertson was the best manager they had he walked this complex and made sure things got taken care of. This new manager is the worst ive ever seen, I dont feel safe due to people being in the commons of your building. They are false advertising the pool was never open the workout room the equipment doesnt work. Last but not least my deposit was messed up i moved from a three into a two bd room my deposit was 810 when i first moved to this site my new unit was 630 so for some odd reason i only have a deposit of 315 they tried to explain how it happened which makes no sense i was not given all that credit to my account. Please if you can go else wheres im thinking of moving out before my lease is up the staff is horrible. They need Handicap parking sad place to live. Its sad to endure the mess here. Change needs to happen quick.

Not a well put together team in Chicago, they showed me the wrong apartment, give me a holiday date to pick up key, then the keys didn't work. Once in the apartment, the heat come on in the morning, while I'm at work, then no heat but for one radiator at night.Guess I will have to see the rest of the year has in store for me

My experience was a bit difficult, the entire process took longer than what I was told however the unit is worth the wait. I also feel that the organization should issue out visitor passes so that people cars will not get towed especially due to the extreme weather conditions that may arise.
