I Love how easy the process was for me getting me and my family into our new apartment

"Wish I never moved in"

Be sure your house keys don’t unlock any other doors around the complex. I realized my copy also opened the back door leading to an alley which freaked me out because that meant anyone could have walked into my place while I was there, or not. Also, don’t believe them when they say you have paid your rent. I paid mine on the first of the month, received confirmation emails, even checked in a few days later to make sure my payment went through, just to be told a few days after the 6th that my payment wasn’t received. I had to bail on my lease because they made it impossible for me to keep up with my rent every month after that. The apartments are ok, but don’t trust the company. I feel they tried to get extra funds out of me. I don’t even know how to fight this balance I have due because I skipped out on my lease. They wouldnt let me leave because I still had a job, but I was unable to pay. If I lost my job, I would have been able to bounce which was basically the same thing as the inability to pay to me. They are scam artists.

Pangea has been very helpful with finding my wonderful comfortable apartment!!! I am proud to be a pangea resident!! You guys rock!!!!

The leasing office is like the DMV; the staff is surly and there isn’t enough of them to handle how many folks come in at any given time. Just because you spoke to one person about an issue doesn’t mean anyone else will know & it’s not kept in the computer/your file. My apartment was physically dirty upon move in, like no one vacuumed or swept the floor.

Great location, quiet area, very friendly staff that responds and answers tenant inquiries, so especially, the security is awesome.

"The unit was not thoroughly cleaned…"

The unit was not thoroughly cleaned before i moved in. The floors had muddy boot marks, it looks like soda exploded in the freezer, the shower didn’t have a knob to turn it on. Someone cane the next day to install one and there was hair in the tub. The radiators need upkeep as well.

I paid my $1105 rent and picked up my keys on 2/10/18. I still haven't moved in for several unacceptable reasons due to Pangea.

I just moved so I’m not 💯 sure yet but as of now my apartment is nice and I have no complaints.

I told my property manager to make sure the people coming to my unit call and notify me when they got there and to not enter my unit. They did not call or notify me entered my unit and did not completely install my appliance. It still does not work. This is unacceptable I moved in on the 7th of February and I still can not cook for my family.
