I was so excited about the deals I was getting I wasn't paying much attention to the regular priced items. I was having so many problems each month when I tried to take advantage of the sale items and I couldn't buy them.I had to change my password or my e-mail address. I got so frustrated with them when I ordered some new plugins and the order wouldn't go through. I said to them take me off the mailing list because no matter what I would try to buy the order wouldn't go through and when I finally got some help the sale was over and I couldn't buy them at the sale price. When I tried again to buy something I can't put anything into my cart/Either my name or password is wrong. So what does one do now?

"No one contacted me after asking for a refund"
I mistakenly purchased a plugin that had been sitting in my cart for some time and didn't realise it at the time of checkout. I've sent several emails, including directly to their support email address, to request a refund, but after a few days, I'm still waiting for a response. We're talking about a few hundred dollars, and I'm concerned I won't be able to get my money back if customer service doesn't address the issue. I'm seriously disappointed with the service and would like to be contacted as soon as possible.

"Absolutely appalling customer service"
Absolutely appalling customer service. Would not honour the free library for August despite there being a checkout malfunction their end. Gave me several excuses and added reward money to my wallet which is designed to get me to spend even more money there. False advertising. They do also sell the library on their website so they could have sent a key over but chose not to. I've been a very long standing customer and spent a good amount of money there so it is a shame to be treated in such a way. I've requested account closure.

I ordered the Kirk Hunter String Motion Engine but, when I went to their webpage, they were out of stock. Yet you can still buy it on their shop page but audio plugin deals code is rejected. I contacted both audio plugin deals support as well as kirk hunter studio support and they both took care of it. I have bought a lot of plugins from audio plugin deals and the experience has been excellent!

Tried to contact them on a double purchase done for support, after more than a week there is nothing.
Used the contact us form and it always shows and error, different computers, using and not using VPNs, like if they don't provide support at all.
They are a twin of Loot Audio, so be careful with both.
It's a good place for good prices but no help in case of something. I am glad it was not a hundreds of bucks purchase.

I bought there once for a sample pack. Great deals, great stuff, would buy again! BUT! I will not be able to give it more than 3 stars as it is right now. The website my guy.. It's slow.. WAY TO SLOW! The servers were definetly cheaped on. You try to navigate the deals and suddenly BOOM! No more website and nothing loads. This is absolutely infuriating. I cannot shop.
I swear, they probably lost a bunch of orders and customers due to that, people must've went to another website cause of how nothing loads!! Also, I've noticed a lot of times where the website gives up and show me an error so that I have to close tab and lose the stuff I was looking after.
And no, it's not my internet or my computer. Everything is fast. I have high speed internet and a powerful computer.

First time got credit on the store, but credit means CREDIT...not pay the lowest price.
This time i want a refund but of course no way getting it.
