I regret using this company. It took over 3 months to complete the order, the service was sometimes careless, and the quality was unsatisfactory.

Prices have risen while service and the simple ability to fulfill an order have suffered.

I've bought from them on and off since they launched in the UK maybe 3 years back. Buying clothes with the same measurement yields differing results - they sometimes fit well and sometimes they don't.

The last time round (and it really will be the last), I had to go to their Devonshire Row garret three times to order one set of clothes - once to make selections (what's on their site isn't accurate) and the next two times for fittings. The trousers still hang badly and they promised, verbally, to cancel the order and send me written confirmation. Two chaser emails later and I'm still waiting for either written confirmation or the refund itself.

A pity - they started off well when they first launched in London.

"Poor Customer Service"

Had an appoinment booked, arrived 1 hour early and enquired if it was possible to have appoitment sooner. Was advised that this wasn’t possible, which was completely acceptable and reasonable. However, the manner it was done was verging on insulting. After been buzzed in and at the door of the shop, I was told that the news and before I could even respond, the door was shut in my face. I have no issue whatsoever with having to stick to an appointment- in fact, it was expected and actually pleasing that the company is so busy as it means they must be doing something right! However, I expect courtesy and respect in communication.

Safe to say I cancelled my appointment and will never be returning.

I can't stress how helpful the team were with helping me get a great final product first time around. I have used other tailor-made options and have paid more money for poorer quality than what I have received from Editsuits.com

Great service from start to finish. Arrived at time at my office to measure me up with a good variety of fabrics to allow me to choose. Great knowledge. When the order arrived everything fit great. Would recommend.
