Paul Walker was very easy to work with. He scheduled a service visit right away and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. Once he learned the Tuttnauer printer was still under warranty, he deducted the cost of the unit from the final price.

The Team here worked with me to get exactly what I needed. They made it easy to send back my mistakes and quickly sent me what I really needed. The autoclave and pouches that I ended up with are working perfectly.
