"Disappointing....."
In the last few years I have purchased two machines from this shop. The man I dealt with was excellent as were the machines. However I have recently emailed them in connection with a spare broken part. Their response ..... nothing, no reply whatsoever which is not only annoyingly poor service but very disappointing. I was also going to ask about the purchase of a cover stitch machine but I will definitely now go elsewhere

"Excellent customer service"
I was in a hurry to purchase a Necchi sewing machine. To my surprise, the sewshop responded to all my nagging questions even over the weekend, and in English which saved me using Google translate. They were very helpful. Best value too. Parcel arrived within 3-5 days as promised via fedex. I can't rate them highly enough!

"No interest in the customer"
I bought a new motor for an older Necchi machine - it cost more than you can buy a new machine for. They also supplied a belt that was the wrong size (it was longer than marked) and their only interest was not to replace the belt but want me to spend another 25 Euros to buy a new belt. No interest at all in customer satisfaction. New belt aquired on ebay for less than 5 Euros including postage.
