We had a great experience buying our beds from Luxus. They were very responsive and accommodating to custom changes in the design. For one of the beds we ordered we requested a modification to the design and within two weeks we had the beds delivered and set up in our bedrooms looking beautiful.

They kept good communication throughout and were easily accessible for any questions. We are now looking to order more beds for the family with them.

The quality of my new mattress is amazing. For months I was struggling with back pain and getting a good nights sleep. Ever since I purchased the Regal 2000 Hybrid Mattress, I have the deepest sleep and it has helped with my back pain massively. Fabulous experience from start to finish. I’d been looking for a super-king size bed for our master bedroom for months, there are so many different companies offering beds and I really didn’t know who to go with.

I came across Luxus as my Father had used them previously and their customer service has been absolutely fantastic! They responded to my initial messages within minutes (where other companies had often taken at least 48 hours to respond). They answered all my queries and I really felt confident in their products and the service I would receive from them.

Within 2 weeks my bed was delivered, on the day of delivery I received a phone call explaining what time precisely my delivery was due and to ensure I was happy with this. They called back again 30 minutes before to ensure I was available. I was greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen who were extremely polite and proceeded to put the bed together, the finished product looked absolutely fantastic.

The bed itself is very comfortable and is of extremely good quality. I have friends that have recently purchased from elsewhere and I have really noticed a huge difference in the level of quality and craftsmanship between the beds.

This is the first Trust Pilot review I have ever left but I really feel very strongly about the incredible service I have received and wanted to give credit to this fantastic company.

I ordered a double Duke Chesterfield bed with ottoman storage in plush beige velvet. The bed is absolutely beautiful and the customer service throughout was excellent. It was very helpful to be able to order fabric swatches to make a decision on colour and type of fabric since there is such a wide choice. I'm very pleased with my new bed. Thank you Luxus Beds.
