Service has been good: the staff are willing to search for relatively 'odd' items and supply has been prompt. Accounting, however, does need to be improved: Edmonton staff have been repeatedly send invoices for items that were paid for in Watson Lake some months ago! This is despite my having sent copies of payment slips.
