My order arrived warm and when I told them about it they basically told me it was fine. It isn’t fine. Warm temps speed up fermentation and means I’ve wasted my money.

In love with their products personal favourites are the smoky pink kraut and the classic kimchi. They almost instantly help my nausea after eating and taste amazing.

A day after my original review I was contacted by Eaten Alive and offered not only the original jar I ordered but also a couple of freebies. While I'd still fault them for not responding to the channels of communication they'd established, I could have tried harder to contact them by email, and their response since becoming aware of the problem has been exemplary.
As for the kimchi I ordered, it's delicious, exactly what I was looking for. 5/5 for the product itself, 4/5 for the overall experience.

Ordered on their online shop a single jar of their kimchi. Got a delivery email but the kimchi was never handed to the courier according to the tracking. Tried to contact their customer support via the online chat system but never got a response.

Truly delicious sauces, got to try the smoked sriracha over christmas and decided to order some more for myself!
When the order arrived, the courier had mishandled the box so 2 of the bottles were smashed. I emailed Eaten Alive but it seems that it wasn't spotted. Once I could get hold of them they were gracious and resolved it right away. Getting replacement bottles tomorrow! :)
Best way to get hold of them if there's a problem is by going to the website and using messenger to chat to them. Just in case anyone else encounters problems.

"Excelled when things went wrong"
Was gifted bottle of smoked sriracha by a friend, and was an instant family favourite. When I did order a mix of items myself (mainly sriracha) the delivery went wrong, was delayed and then binned by courier after damage. My vague email met with instant response from eatenalive, and my order was resent and arrived the next day. Great product (which I knew already) but also great customer service.

I bought a bottle of the Jalepeno and Lime with my last order from Pipers Farm. WOW, it was such an explosion of flavour, I ordered five different sauces and two of the Kimchi (both were finished within a week).......so good, I've just ordered four more jars!
Highly recommend!!!
