Claims to have items in stock that really aren’t.
I ordered a seat cushion that said it was in stock but have now been waiting for well over a month to receive it.
The company got in touch to offer me an alternative colour, admitting that they didn’t have my item in stock.
I raised the fact they are lying on their website and all they would offer was that they “understood”.
Do not trust whether an item is in stock here.
