Dos camisetas de buena calidad, un trato cordial con las personas de Futgy, es posible que a veces se demore la entrega una semana más de la cuenta por el tema de aduanas pero enseguida las personas de Futgy se explican la situación e intenta que el cliente esté lo más satisfecho posible. Recomendable y de fiar!

Presunta estafa y malísima atención postventa. No os fieis de esta web y este proveedor Futgy. No te contestan y NO te atienden. En mi caso, se han quedado con las camisetas y con el dinero y NO te lo devuelven. Ademas, cuando intentas comunicarte te torean cuando hablas con ellos o te responden. No indican CIF y no te indican localización fisica, para estar sumergidos. OJO. estais advertidos.

I ordered a shirt and the shirt came with its faults and i contacted the team, to which they replied quite fast which was a plus. I asked for a replacement or refund. I was then told to cut up the shirt and send them a video of me doing so??? Outrageous and poor customer service as opposed to it's competitors...

I am really happy with futgy, first the Shirts have great quality for cheap prices, second the delivery time is also very good, you get your shirts about two weeks after you ordered and last of all, they have great customer Service, i asked for two shirts and a team, they didnt had on their Webseite yet, and i got a respond on the same day, and the best of all they just added the Team (Union Berlin) i asked for. A clear recommend to order on futgy!
