"I regeret my purchase from Sweet Home…"
I regeret my purchase from Sweet Home Collection. To recap, I ordered some sheets on 12/20 because the item description said they would arrive by 12/26. They sent me an email saying they had shipped on 12/22 and would arrive by 12/28. Since then, Fedex tracking shows they have travelled from New Jersey, to Mississippi, to Tennessee to Kansas and landed in Colorado where they have been for the past 5 days. Fedex does not have an estimated delivery date to my address in Illinois. Sweet Home refuses to help and says shipping is slower due to the holidays and covid. Feeling like I threw my money away at this point - 16 days after placing the order with no arrival date available. I would never shop here again.

"Loving my new bed set"
I was surprised by the low reviews I saw because I recently ordered a bed in a bag set and I love it. It is the softest and most comfortable bed set I've ever owned. The prices are amazing and the styles are very fashionable. I received my order very quickly (less than a week), even quicker than promised. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

This company is a SCAM they will not send you the product you purchase, they will print the shipping label so that you can’t ask for a refund or return and then never ship the items you paid for. I will have to get my bank to cancel the transaction after 2 months of waiting for the comforter to ship. Their support team will not respond to emails or phone calls. Worst company out there. Save your money and your time and don’t buy from sweet home collection....

I purchased 4 goose down pillows. I am very dissatisfied with them. I think they forgot to put the feathers in them. Would not recommend.
I would prefer to return them..

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SWEET HOME COLLECTION!!!
I had ordered King sheets in December and they sent me Queen sheets! I returned the Queen sheets with a copy of their invoice slip and wrote that they sent me the wrong sheets and please send me King sheets or credit my charge card.
In January, I notified them again and Customer Service stated that they never received my returned sheets! In order to credit my account, they would need my tracking number. With all the after Christmas cleaning, I must have thrown out the post office tracking receipt! They did not believe me and now I am out a set of sheets or a credit because of their mistake in sending me the wrong sized sheets. One would think this company would believe and honor their customers instead of losing more customers.

"False promises and poor service"
They sold me an item, promised a delivery time frame and sent me an email saying it had been shipped only to tell me it was out of stock when I emailed them to find out why I couldn't track my package with the FedEx tracking number they provided. I wonder when they would have notified me it was out of stock had I not followed up.
