Extremely poor manufacturing and shipping times. I ordered a week ago and paid for priority but still hasn’t shipped and communication has been the worst. Either they don’t reply or they reply only once with nonresponsive information.

The sweatshirt was exactly as described and came in a timely manner. It is adorable!!! Also had a problem with stitching on one number and contacted the seller - they responded within a few hours. I had no preconceived notion of a positive result but the sweatshirt is being replaced. What outstanding customer service!!!

I gave 5 stars but would've given 10 if it was an option. I'll start with the product itself. I ordered a GiGi Claus sweatshirt. The quality of material was better than expected. Very well made. I ordered in time for a Christmas present for my wife. During tracking, I realized it was delayed. I emailed godmerch for assistance. Not only did they respond immediately, they did what they could to expedite the shipping and I received in time for Christmas. Not only will I be a returning customer, I encourage you to as well. 10 stars!
