Email received on 12th Dec to say dispatched. Emailed received on 16th Dec to say order cancelled due to simple error.
No time to order replacement before Christmas. Very disappointing.

Fatalistic customer service, in particular Will has been great and is an asset to the company. Communication has been positive; responsive when required, clear and proactive. Will has responded to my queries in a timely manner and addressed them in a kind and courteous manner. Even following purchase and a slight issue with ongoing app membership Will has been keen to help and resolve. I would without doubt purchase again.

Gymsupply had the lowest cost and they included white glove delivery and a complementary heart monitor. Clear website and ordering process with prompt delivery and great delivery team who did not bat an eyelid when asked to deliver downstairs in the basement

Once I had made the purchase I read some reviews that suggested building the bike yourself was a challenge. I asked Homegymsupply if it was possible. Despite having ceased that offering they accommodated my request and organised a very smooth delivery and install. All of my subsequent questions around membership of the ifit app have been answered promptly and same day.

My overriding experience has been of a very professional and caring business. They are a small business but nothing was too much trouble.

I will be buying future equipment through them.

After chatting through my floor plan and requirements Will advised me on which machine to get and also helped me kit out the rest of my home gym. He has been super responsive and reliable and gone above and beyond to help me out.
