I ordered a amiri top for my husbands birthday, he has worn it twice and I have washed the item once according to the label on the t-shirt. I am very disappointed with the quality of the top it has bobbled up and looks really old and the material looks rough. I have paid £300 for this top this isn’t my money’s worth. I would have never ordered with you guys if I knew this was the case I am very annoyed and have been let down. The order was under a different name and a different email address. I wouldn’t complain for no reason. You can’t just assume it wasn’t dry cleaned I own a dry cleaners and it was washed there by my professional cleaning team. I owe so many designer clothes I always wash them according to the label at my dry cleans, with professional trained staff!!. What do u mean u can’t do anything I paid £300 for this top I need it sorted.I will take this further than this.
