Excellent customer services. Kept me updated via email as to when my tank would be delivered and the driver was amazing who delivered it, brought it into ky home for me due to me not being able to lift, and my husband was out when it arrived, would definitely recommend they went above and beyond 10/10

"Great experience and quality "

My 10-year-old bought a 300-litre tank for his Syrian hamster, as they need plenty of space. The tank is fantastic, and I even checked for leaks in case we ever want to use it for aquatic life. The delivery driver was very kind and helped me carry the tank upstairs.
The tank came with a mat, but since I had already bought one, the driver kindly offered to take it back to the warehouse to save me the postage cost. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, especially because my little one has been saving his monthly allowance for over a year to buy this tank.
