This is the second time in the last month that i’ve contacted Okey Dokey to unlock my 2004 Dodge Durango after my first experience was them was lighting fast & friendly. This time around, he called to let me know he had arrived and by the time i made it out to my truck he had it unlocked - unreal. First time i ever had to call a locksmith in Houston (a different company) the dude literally took nearly two hours and 4 different ways to finally manage to unlock the truck. I’m not sure what kind of Harry Potter wizardry they got goin on but i’m glad i found them! Made it in time for church and gave me a great price. I’ll be sure to have them on speed dial for sure.

"MORE THAN 4 HOURS TO RESOLVE"

We contacted them at 9pm, to have an interior door unlocked, and were told they could be at the house in 30 minutes. We then got a return call 10 minutes later, saying they wouldn't be able to be at the house until 11:30pm at night (2.5 hours after the call). We told them that was too late and SCHEDULED a service call for 9am the next morning. We called that morning to (again) confirm that someone would be there at 9am, and they said yes. At 9:15, they called and told us it would be 10:30am before anyone would be there, however they didn't arrive until 11am. After spending an HOUR working on the lock, we were told they would have to send out a more 'experienced' locksmith to resolve the issue. It took that person (another) hour to show up and finally unlock the door. After waiting for more than 4 hours, the issue was resolved but NO APOLOGY or DISCOUNT was offered.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE WORTHLESS and have no consideration for anyone else's time!

Doesn’t keep his word. Came to my house, spent about 15 minutes with a screwdriver, and charged me $160.00. Said to call him if it acted up. I have called him at least FIVE TIMES. I spoke to him once, and he said he’d call me after he thought about it.
